When designing your own print, ALL designs must be completed in a PDF 300 dpi file.  Allow a 1/4" bleed around completed project (do not design up to the edges of your print).  Once your project has been confirmed via email, and AT LEAST half the total price has been payed, your project will be sent to print.   There is NO refund once a project has been sent to print.  All Projects will be ready between 48 to 72 hours after confirmation (via email & payment).
